The Sir Jack Hayward Room is the Museum’s main auditorium and council room. Dressed with dramatic portraits of great Gordon Highlanders and fitted with the latest presentation technology it is an inspiring venue for conferences, seminars, presentations and board meetings.
The Sir Jack Hayward Room is available all year round and can be adapted to your needs:
- Theatre-style (50 delegates)
- Cabaret-style (30 delegates)
- Boardroom-style (25 delegates)
- U-Shaped (20 delegates)
Additional rooms can be made available, depending on other Museum activities, and are included in the price.
The Hamilton Room is the former drawing room of St Luke’s, home of Scottish artist Sir George Reid, and is now our changing exhibition space.
During our closed season (November-February) the Hamilton Room is available for small boardroom meetings and can accommodate up to 14 delegates.
The Reception Foyer is a bright, attractive area linking the conservatory and tea room. It can seat up to 50 people and is ideally suited for serving refreshments of coffees and teas and lunches.
Our beautiful and peaceful gardens offer a restful break between sessions.
