Before You Submit Your Enquiry

Please note that althought the Museum has an extensive archive it does not hold service records for those who served with the Regiment. It is therefore recommended that the following courses of action are taken before submitting an enquiry:

1)     If you know the soldier concerned was killed in action contact the Commonwealth Graves Commission www.cwgc.org

2)     If you know the soldier survived then contact one of the following sources:

a)     Soldiers who served prior to 1921

3)     Once you have this information this will assist the Museum researchers to provide other details concerning the actions the soldier was involved with, and help with your enquiry.

4)     With respect to other enquiries concerning other aspects of the Regiments history, i.e. other than soldiers who served during the First & Second World Wars, please supply as much detail as possible together with a contact e-mail address, telephone number or postal address, so that we can contact you for additional information if required.
